Here from my last blog post? If so, then you can probably guess that as Jack was proposing to his now fiancée, Sarah, their family and friends excitedly awaited their arrival. Rosedale OTR is a popular neighborhood bar that feels lively, stylish, and perfectly suited for hosting a Cincinnati engagement party. More specifically, Abigail’s Annex offered the ideal setting for everyone to gather and celebrate the couple together.

Throughout the evening, happy tears, long hugs, great food, laughter filled the space. Everywhere you looked, the joy surrounding Jack and Sarah’s love for each other felt completely tangible. Naturally, I documented as much of it as I could. Moments like these remind me what a privilege it truly is to preserve such meaningful memories for people during one of the most exciting seasons of their lives.

Meanwhile, between upcoming wedding planning, work, and everyday responsibilities, it can become so easy to move too quickly through this season. Because of that, this Cincinnati engagement party gave Jack and Sarah the chance to slow down, celebrate, and simply enjoy being surrounded by the people they love most. After all, what better way is there to take in the beginning of a new chapter together?

As the evening continued, Jack and Sarah stepped out onto Rosedale‘s gorgeous patio for a few more photos together. Those portraits quickly became some of the sweetest moments of the night. Not only did the outdoor space provide beautiful natural light, but it also contrasted perfectly with the indoor atmosphere. Inside, the edgy wallpaper and exposed brick created a bold, stylish feel, while outside, the patio felt bright, vibrant, and relaxed. Because of that variety alone, this venue offers an incredible mix of lighting, textures, and overall atmosphere for photography. Needless to say, I highly recommend this spot for your next Cincinnati engagement party.
